with the rapid development of computer ,micro-electronics and network, embedded system has been widely applied in the national defence, industry, medical treatment,etc.lt is very meaningful and important to develop a general platform, which is an integrated production of embedded control, signal processing and network communication, and provide a programmable hardware interface and a friendly interface, which can improve networking flexibility, system reliability and developability.In this paper, the design and implementation concerning the general embedded control .signal processing and network communication platform based on AM186 are studied, which is a low-cost and high -reliability approach, using the technology of embedded processor.realtime operating system and network interface based on TCP/IP protocol.With the background and meaning of the paper introduced, the hardware and software design of the general embedded control, signal processing and network communication platform is specially distributed in section 2 And then it focuses on the design methods and structure of circuits of various parts of the platform, micro-processor Monitor program transplanting and Ethernet controller driver program design As an application to distributed measuring and control system, the design and implement of communication controller in common resistance logging of SL-6000 logging system are presented in details, by which universality, flexibility , rationality and advance are proved. Finally , author summarizes the instance of debugging and run and outlines the work needed for the further perfection of the platform.In addenda, circuit diagram of general embedded platform .communication controller of common resistance logging,correlative function of RTL8019AS driver and the actual photograph are provided.
