Along with the development of the technology and business, the categories ofmeteorology data are increasing, and the new data is of high quantity intransformation document and information, and requires high transforming efficiency.Simultaneously, the transformation process becomes more and more complicated asthe data increases.And now, the soft Tianjin weather bureau used for meteorologicalmessage and monitoring has been compiled for a long time. It covers relative smallamount of massage categories with low expansive ability and low efficiency.So, aconvenient, straightforward and economical system is necessary. This system willassist to solve the problems in the meteorological information transformation andmanagement, improving the efficiency of the daily monitoring and trouble-shooting.In this article, the real-time monitoring and statistic system was developed basedon the real demand in meteorology by particular study and exploitation. This systemincludes three subsystems, information processing, information display and datastorage. information processing was developed with Delphi in Windows platform; theinformation display system was developed at B/S moder; the Wed service softwareApache which was developed with PHP, Javascript and Html in Linux was used asthe server; and SqlServer2000was adopted as the data storage software. andSqlServer2000was adopted as the data storage software. The date layer was used tostore and manage different information of transformation and quality statistics. thedatabase and document were combined for data storage. The business logic layer isfor collecting the original transformation information, processing the acceptablestatistical information and requiring storage.the application&display layer was usedfor the sharing of all kinds of the information of Transmission s quality. For variousdemands, the monitoring and counting information will be exhibited to the customersby static and dynamic webpage technique with table, figures and the other format.Based on the real-time monitoring and statistical system of the upwardmeteorological data transforming quality established in this article. The real-timewebpage for releasing upward meteorological, The efficiency was improved. Theframe constructed with this system has excellent expansive ability which will assist touniformly control the emerging real-time meteorological monitoring data. This laid asolid foundation for the exploration of the comprehensive monitoring software for thewhole information network, and advance the rapid innovation of different monitoringsystems in the future through experience accumulation.
