The influence of the micro-meteorological environment to electrical power system mainly manifests in that the special meteorological phenomenon, such as hurricanes, Freezing Rain, which is produced because of the topographic factor in the partial small region like canyon, the mountain pass damages the transmission line. Because of the micro-meteorological environment's small regional, meteorological departments can not monitor and report promptly micro-meteorology points'weather condition. The micro-meteorological information plays an important role on power grid security. Therefore, the micro-meteorology real-time monitor system is the important content of the line safe monitor under the complex topographical condition. For a long time, micro-meteorological monitoring uses independently as an auxiliary system of power grid monitoring, however, because the information's display is too simple, so the importance of information can not be shown. Unifying the line micro-meteorology monitor and the geographic information system, and connecting with the power grid dispatch real-time information, which supplies more comprehensive information for the power grid real-time monitoring. This paper researches and develops Web application system based on J2EE technology against the micro-meteorology real-time monitor system's application demands. And it researches deeply the Ajax technology, the J2EE construction and the electronic map technology during the system's researching and developing.
