Under the information technology environment, all kinds of new methods, new meanscontinued to pour into the classroom, made the teachers’ teaching has changed a lot. But thestudents’ learning enthusiasm, initiative is not high enough, teachers who face the complexsituation is still at a loss, the classroom is still lack of vitality. Therefore, in order to adapt to theconstantly changing and developing classroom needs, to promote the professional developmentof teachers, and to adapt to the new era of the demand of basic education curriculum reform, theteachers should constantly improve their own wisdom, using their own wisdom to open the gateof the students wisdom.This study uses the method of combining theory with practice, On the basis of deep miningthe connotation, characteristics and development stage of teaching wisdom under theinformation technology environment, and mean while, observation the teachers’ classroomteaching carefully and made the individual teacher interviews, searching the influence factors inteaching wisdom under the information technology environment, and put forward to thecorresponding generation strategies in teachers’ teaching wisdom.In order to determine the start point of the study, the researcher summarized theadvantages and disadvantages in existed study, through combing the existing literature. Thoughthe method of literature research and observation combined, the researcher discuss on theconnotation, characteristics and development stage of teachers’ teaching wisdom under theinformation technology environment. And at first analysis the main factors on the formation ofteaching wisdom under the information technology environment in theoretical. And thenaccording to the theoretical need interview individual teacher, analysis the internal factors andexternal factors that influenced the teachers’ teaching wisdom under the information technologyenvironment, and explore the corresponding generation strategies in teaching wisdom. From thestudy, we found that the internal factors mainly include: teacher’s teaching idea, knowledgestructure, ability of applying information technology, teaching emotion and teaching experience,reflection; And the external factors mainly include: school management, teacher evaluationsystem and campus culture. Among them, teaching idea, teaching emotion is the conditions inteachers’ teaching wisdom; knowledge structure, ability of applying information technologyand teaching experience is the basis in teachers’ teaching wisdom; and teaching reflection is theimportant way in the formation of teachers’ teaching wisdom; school management, teacher evaluation system, the campus culture are the external environment factors in teachers’ teachingwisdom. Teachers should abandon the traditional idea manacle, establish the correct view ofteaching, establish lifelong learning awareness, and through constant practice, reflection togenerate and develop teachers’ teaching wisdom. At the same time, the school managementshould create favorable external conditions for the teachers’ teaching wisdom: change thetraditional teacher evaluation system, give teachers more autonomy, increase teacher training,and create a free harmonious teaching environment for the teachers and students.
