This paper is based on the "knowledge class" concept as a guide, in the overall goal ofteaching knowledge of curriculum and "three-in-one (knowledge learning, research learning,writing) on macro teaching activity", select the required undergraduate normal students "subjectteaching theory (Information Technology)" this course as an example. In Bloom’s taxonomy ofeducational objectives theory, constructivist theory basis and logic starting point of learningtheory, self-efficacy theory as a special study, using the research methods of literature study,experiment research method, classroom observation-method, re classification of the "learning"the module of all knowledge, and the design of teaching goal. According to the teaching goal, the"effect discussion","case teaching","task driven" micro teaching activities design.Because of the knowledge type the three teaching plan according to the different, such as"effect discussion" is aimed at the factual, conceptual knowledge, so more emphasis on"memory" and "understanding" of the target culture. Therefore, in effect discussion teachingactivities, we are selecting some conceptual and theoretical knowledge, and then, taught byteachers, the setting of the problem, finally let students discuss reaches the set teachingobjectives;"case teaching" is mainly procedural knowledge, focuses on "use","analysis"objectives, so in case teaching activities in order to achieve the goal of teaching, better cultivatestudents ability. The teacher will be in the knowledge teaching, and then introduces a teachingcase, through this case to analyze and evaluate students, to learn in order to practive effect; andthe "task driven" is mainly for meta-cognitive knowledge type, training focused on"comprehensive" target. And in the teaching process, students have the former two concreteteaching activities learned from "remember" knowledge to "analysis" the question ability, soteachers will this link to create situations, set some specific tasks are analyzed and solved.Through these three kinds of teaching activities step by step implementation, found the studentsthan before more learning motive and interest, and at the completion of knowledge goals, willown the school to learn in order to practive, and gradually improve their ability to practice.
