With the increasing number of embedded IP and more and morecomplicated function, test data volume of SoC (System-on-a-chip) rise up,which directly cause testing cost to become higher. All these bring greaterchallenges for SoC test. In this paper, I make research in the test schedulingof SoC embedded cores, and propose an appropriate scheme for differentrestrictions, such as no resources’ confliction, precedence between cores,power constraint and multiple clocks, to shorten test time. From experimentbased on ITC’02and simulation of real chip, the proposed method gets thesame result as scheduling in the other reference with only one restriction ofno resources’ confliction, but has a better performance for power constraintand multiple clocks. |
