With the arrival of Industry 4.0 and the continuous development and advancement of the automobile manufacturing industry,the information management of the automobile manufacturing industry has continuously promoted the development of the automobile manufacturing industry to the direction of intelligent manufacturing.The most basic part of the development of information technology is the adjustment of internal information management methods.And due to factors such as large data volume in the automotive industry,complex data structures,and cumbersome business processes.Improving data management practices and combining information technology with data management will facilitate internal data circulation and feedback and tracking data in real time.Therefore,it is imperative to turn the internal paper-based data management into information management.Based on a test data management project,this thesis develops and implements a web-based test data management service support system for the standardization of test request,the efficiency of test task management and the standardization of test resource management.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Through the analysis of the domestic and international research status of the test data management,combined with the business process and data management requirements of the enterprise,the business data management solution conforming to the enterprise is proposed.(2)Design the overall architecture,logical architecture,technical architecture and functional architecture of the system according to actual business needs.Based on the overall design of the system,the functional modules are designed in detail,and the functions of the test task management module,the test tooling management module,the test sample management module,the file specification management module,the report configuration management module and the basic data management module are written.(3)Aiming at the problem of test resource allocation in the test task,taking the equipment resource scheduling in the test task as an example,the mathematical model of the test task scheduling is formed,and three scheduling algorithms are used: genetic algorithm,simulated annealing algorithm andparticle swarm algorithm.These three algorithms are used to solve the test equipment scheduling problem in the test task allocation,and the scheduling results are compared and analyzed,and the optimal algorithm is applied to the system to improve the efficiency of the system test task scheduling.(4)Using Gantt chart visualization technology to realize the display of test scheduling results;In order to facilitate user operation and online browsing,an online editing test report was realized,and the ppt format was converted into a pdf format.(5)In order to facilitate the online modification of the tooling vector,a drawing tool has been added to the system;And add SMS warning to remind the tester to complete the test task on time and efficiently.
