In recent years,as customers demand tend to diversify personalized,products of different specifications variety of changes in the market,steel grating manufacturing costs continue to rise,more and more fierce competition in the market.Most enterprises are faced with more low-profit,cost increasing difficulties.How in the brutal competition in the market,we continue to seek a breakthrough in the management,seeking to reduce the cost,while ensuring quality improvement become a major problem in manufacturing.In this environment,companies common raw materials,semi-finished products,finished goods inventory accumulation of waste,waste of personnel,communication waste,and waste caused by increasingly poor quality can not be tolerated.By the effective information management,Manufacturing Execution System(MES)links the high level planning system and the bottom control system of enterprise.In this paper,the emerging XinXing Group Grating Division for the study,from the steel grating production patterns characteristic analysis of the issues workshop manufacturing execution faced in connection with the division of production,it proposed the design and implementation architecture MES system function modules,and made a systematic approach to achieve module described in detail.First,the demand for the division and the MES system architecture design and description.Secondly,the steel grating enterprises MES key technology research and design,including CAD secondary development,work management,nesting optimization,scheduling scheduling,data acquisition modules.Finally,the design of manufacturing execution system implementation of research application,including the choice of system hardware and software selection,system architecture and development of the language,and the application display.Establish manufacturing execution systems,and promote the transformation of the business organization,with the ability to create traction,reconstruction production management mode,to provide effective support to increase enterprise efficiency and market competitiveness.
