With the rapid development of China's economy,the manufacturing industry,as a pillar industry,is also developing rapidly.Enterprises are faced with fierce competition,through computer technology to speed up the production process of intelligence and information technology to improve production efficiency,has become the focus of many enterprises.Manufacturing execution system(MES)is a computer online management system for manufacturing process.It is the bridge and link between enterprise resource planning system(ERP)and equipment control system,and it is the key system for enterprises to achieve global optimization.It can improve the production speed and product quality and reduce energy consumption through real-time monitoring and coordination,optimization and control of workshop production.At present,manufacturing execution system has become the focus of manufacturing enterprises in China,and it has been applied in many production-oriented enterprises,such as machinery,iron and steel metallurgy,petrochemical,paper-making,textile,automobile,etc.Combined with the practical application of some enterprises that have already used ERP system,this paper makes a detailed understanding and analysis,and studies the practical application effect of MES in the manufacturing field and the new production control mode.This paper mainly studies from the following three aspects: what problems MES system will encounter in the process of use,what problems MES system solves for enterprise production and manufacturing,and what are the practical application effects of MES system.This paper will analyze the existing production problems of an enterprise,and objectively analyze the current situation and characteristics of the workshop production site management.In view of the existing production problems and management shortcomings of the workshop,the MES solution of the parts manufacturing workshop with the planning and scheduling module as the core is designed.According to the actual demand and lean manufacturing management theory,the computer technology is used to research and design the manufacturing execution system of the enterprise.The production mode of the enterprise has gradually changed from large-scale standardized production to small-scale customized production.The change of production mode increases the difficulty of production management,especially for the basic parts manufacturing workshop,the characteristics of many parts,many specifications,and large process differences are the important factors that can not improve the workshop productivity.In order to solve the scheduling difficulties caused by the complex and changeable order planning,the transformation from small batch and multi variety to approximate large batch is realized by processing part coding,classification and sorting.According to the characteristics of part process route and the situation of workshop resources,a production scheduling module including scheduling calculation layer and scheduling control layer is designed based on group technology.The scheduling computing layer based on hybrid genetic algorithm is the core computing content of the module.At present,because the company has used PDM,CAPP and other product data and process management software in the enterprise,but because the branch does not implement ERP system,MES must obtain product type and process information from PDM and CAPP.Therefore,it is necessary to integrate MES with PDM,CAPP and other systems.Based on the distributed multi tier application development and deployment platform of J2EE,this paper constructs a manufacturing execution system with multi tier structure.The design and analysis of the system adopts the structural modeling method,uses IDEF0 modeling tool to establish the functional model of the system,uses entity relation diagram to establish the information model of the system,and uses flow chart to describe the process model of the system.The system design process is described according to the software engineering standard,and the prototype system is developed with Java programming language by object-oriented technology modeling and software system design.In addition,My Eclipse is used as the development tool to program and realize the front-end of the system,and Oracle preliminarily realizes the system functions of MES for the database.The system adopts B/S architecture,mainly uses Spring,MVC,Hibernate,Java Script,Web Service and other open-source frameworks and key technologies to solve the key problems of production scheduling and system integration.It has great advantages in operation cost,portability and maintainability.The business scope of this paper mainly includes: workshop production planning and scheduling management,warehouse in and out management,process data management,workshop field operation management,man hour management,equipment operation management,quality traceability management,system integration and lean manufacturing kanban.The practical application of the system is tested and the effect is summarized.
