The Signal Integrity Research And The Application In The Network Video Monitoring Terminal

With the development of modern electronic technology, the range of application isexpanding increasingly for high speed circuit, and systematic clock frequency is increasingrapidly.With more quick risetime and the increase of integrated degree of circuit, the line’smutual link of printed circuit board and board layer’s property have greater influence on thesystematic electrical performance, and caused a lot of signal integrity problems. At the same time,the use of embedded systems become more widespread the original. For its high-speed, low-cost,and many other excellent properties, it has been widely used in the video monitoring terminalareas.Therefore, the signal integrity phenomenon of video monitoring terminal hardwaredesign becomes more and more prominent. Signal integrity analysis applications has become afast and effective way to solve the problem in high-speed circurt design.This paper first introduces the signal integrity of the situation and some of its theoreticalfoundation. Then use Cadence tools to analyze signal integrity of several major phenomenon,Through the simulation, analyzes the causes of the phenomenon such as reflection, crosstalk andso on and gives the measures to solve these integrity phenomenon. At the same time，itintroduces the design of the hardware of the network video monitoring terminal, describes theoverall architecture of the Monitoring terminal and the functions of modules and introducescircuit design of the core module in detail. At last, The article shows how to use the simulationsoftware to have a deep analyze with the signal integrity phenomenon in the key network, forexample, reflection, crosstalk and have a source synchronous timing system design with thesystem. After the signal integrity design, the PCB board of meeting the requirements is designed.Through the research of this article, it shows that it is essential to design the hardwarethrough the signal integrity analysis.
