Data Warehouse Planning And CRM System Construction Of Bank Of China Weihai Branch

With the concentration of banking systems, the information and technology of banks are transforming from the style of trading operations to styles of information serving, knowledge management and intelligent processing. The alteration of operation philosophy requires banks to reuse the data of products and customers which is accumulated during management and operation. Applying the data warehouse could solve the mass data integration and analysis problems of bank information system and explore the potential value of the data, so as to provide effective support for the management and decision-making of the managers.This paper introduces the concepts and characteristics of data warehouse and bank CRM. I expound the data warehouse system structure from the aspects of the data flow and technology. On that basis, this paper, combined with the information requirements of the bank, maps out the construction of the data warehouse and complete the design of the concept model, the logic model and the physical model. I also introduce the application of bank customer relationship management system based on data warehouse in scientific management. This paper mainly focuses on data warehouses’data models and the process planning of extract, transform and load, including fact table, dimension table and materialized view.
