With the social development and computer technology advances, the tax information to ensure that taxation has become an important means for the successful completion of the work. The promotion and application of the JTAIS system continued to deepen, after years of normal operation has generated a lot of business data; accompanied by we must also face a number of challenges, including how to store data, how to processing the data, how to use the data is that we have to answer the questions. Construction of data warehouse and online analytical processing has become an important topic. At present, the information technology work in network construction, equipment configuration, and business systems development application has been improved gradually, moreover a certain application scale and depth, and has achieved good application effect. How the decision support system to absorb the new information processing technology, improve scientific and normative of decision support, has become the key of next information construction in Jilin Province local tax system,This paper is started in the context.The main purpose of this issue is to solve the "data explosion, knowledge-poor" problem to a certain extent, through the construction of the tax data warehouse and online analytical processing platform. The main development works are:First, topic of sources, research significance, as well as domestic and foreign research the status quo is introduced; second, the relevant theoretical knowledge on data warehouse and online analytical processing technology are elaborated; in the third chapter, detailing the process of design on data warehouse, focusing on describing to create a data warehouse methods, models and procedures in local tax collection and management system in Jilin Province; in the fourth chapter, to reporting and collection as an example, specifically addressing the creation of a data warehouse; in the fifth chapter, use BI tool EASSBASE as a multidimensional database modeling tools, and BIEE as a front-end presentation tool to complete data and graphics display to show of OLAP.Practice has shown that using this approach to be better able to meet the functional and performance requirements, using the data cube of the data warehouse to On-line analytical processing; the tax officers can look at the data and analysis of data from Multi-level, multi-angle all-round.In the process of building a tax data warehouse, based on collection and management system requirements in Jilin province, put forward the corresponding solution on the practical problems encountered in. such as dealing with the Factual data granularity, using the "minimum size principle", while in the follow-up the establishment of multi-dimensional analysis model (CUBE) Aggregate data in advance, so as to ensure the efficiency of the analysis results produced; while processing the issue of slowly changing dimension, comparison with full table, through the whole table comparison, perception the changes of data, and the corresponding treatment, proved that the method is feasible.
