Combination of HeiLongJiang university campus information construction and management standardization construction two big background, strive to develop a set of performance management system for wages.This dissertation on the management of heilongjiang university wages performance management requirements, design the heilongjiang university merit pay management website design plan, the Browser/Server architecture design, the development, the performance salary web system.
