Design And Implementation Of University Salary Integrated Management System

With the innovation of network technology, the construction of digital campus hasbeen developing rapidly. As an important part of digital campus construction, universitysalary integrated management system reduces the errors caused by manual operation,ensures payroll data accurate and safe, and makes it more scientific, standard and safe.Meanwhile, it makes convenient for staff to check their salary information, meeting thedemands of the staff better.According to the financial management of university, we have designed andimplemented the university salary management system based on JAVA developmentframework. Firstly, it analyses current situation of college salary management, anddescribes the significance of developing it. Secondly, it introduces the JAVA language,SQLSERVER database, J2EE, Struts And other related technologies. Then, it analyses thedemands of the system, and describes the overall design based on it. Lastly, it describes theoverall framework, the basic information, personnel information, leading-in wages, andwages query in detail.The system is based on the school network management system,in the design of multiuser environment management system, the system security is very important. This paperuses encryption, authentication, authority three kinds of security technology to paotect tehsecurity of network and management system.The system is of the simple and beautiful user interface, the authentication identitysecurity, convenient operation, improving users’ experience effectively. On the basis of thestructure B/S, this system designs a multilayer JAVA framework, and applies it in thedesign of the system.This system has been put into the test in certain university, basically meeting thedesign requirements. Through the campus network, it provides financial management andinformation query platform conveniently and efficiently for university staff.
