The Desing And Implement Of The Salary Inforamtion Management System For University Teacher

With the rapid development of higher education, education informatization alsoprogress rapidly, while the domestic departments in Colleges and universities teacherwages information management has not caused enough attention, its informatizationconstruction has been in backward position. University teachers ’salaries and wagesmanagement information system under the B/S architecture is construction based onthe actual situation of the current development situation in this paper.This paper adopts object oriented and structured design method in strict accordancewith the development of software engineering specifications requires completion ofCollege Teachers’ salary management system of the whole process, including softwarerequirements analysis, design, implementation, testing process. In view of Collegewages management work of its own characteristics, the use of advanced J2EEframework technology, using Structs+Spring+Hibernate three layer architectureimplemented the MVC design pattern. In the system development and implementationstages, adopts a layered structure, the greatest degree of protection of the software hashigh reusability, improve software availability, improves the efficiency and quality ofsoftware development. The whole system is based on the distributed networkenvironment for data operation based on MyEclipse8.5and SQL Server2005,combining development technology to achieve a Web client application. UsingMyEclipse components technique, such as Database Explorer, Java Enterprise, completethe database connection and all kinds of data operation, through the JSP page canquickly access the user input information and the access request, through the businesslogic layer function returns the Web layer result. J2EE framework based on hierarchicaltechnology has realized the function code and content design of phase separation in theprogramming mode, can greatly improve the application development with the releaseof the speed as well as the application server access performance and resourceintegration efficiency. From the modern perspective of software engineering, the salarymanagement system in analysis and modeling, completed the design of CollegeTeachers’ salary management platform, including the system registry, teacher salary entry, user information management, salary, wage statistics, personnel salary numbercategory set, according to Excel export, print wage statements and system maintenancemodule. System released before on college teacher wages information managementsystem was tested, the test results show that the system functions to achieve normal,interface design is reasonable, meet the expected design goal.The design and implementaion of university teachers’pay management systembenefits from modern information technology and management science，and based onthe university teachers’career and personnel management originating from effectivemanagement automation，information transparency，fairness and efficiency．Themanagement system can automatically generate teacher performance allowance throughseveral main function modules of the division and processes，the setting parameters ofthe system and the operation． The system will achieve the optimal allocation of limitedresources and rational allocation of performance related pay，which can realize thecomplementary and harmonious win－win situation of teacher－to－university bymotivating the teachers and staff members．...
