Human resources management, refers to the use of modern scientific methods, a combination of human and certain material resources appropriate training, organization and deployment of manpower and material resources to keep the best ratio, people’s thoughts, psychological and behavioral appropriateinduction, control and coordination, give full play to people’s initiative to make the best use, do the right personnel appropriate to achieve organizational goals.In order to meet the development needs of the aviation market and the actual characteristics of the airlines to respond to the new competitive environment and challenges, human resources management must break the old management model. Therefore the establishment of a systematic, standardized, automated corporate human resources management system, human resources management to improve business efficiency seems imperative. This article is based on the construction of the company’s human resource management system as the background, around ideas and airlines characteristics of the development of human resources management system, and the description and analysis of the system development process.The article is divided into four areas described in the system development process.The first aspect is analyzed on the company’s human resources management system, including the system background analysis, business process analysis, requirements analysis.The second aspect is the overall design of the system from the perspective of system design introduced to establish the operation of the system platform, the overall framework of the structure and function design ideas.The third aspect is the design of the database system, the implementation process of the human resources management database design.Finally, a summary of the system development work, and the next step was forecasted to clarify the future direction of the system.
