Along with the expansion of electronic information technology, personnel information management modernization is secondary colleges already an important part of the development, the development of such institutions suitable personnel information management platform for the sustainable development of institutions has a positive effect. With the advance of digital campus, personnel information management has entered a new era temporarily- EHRM era. EHRM contribute to the establishment of a personnel information management standardization. A sound personnel information management system established to be able to improve efficiency, standardize work processes, and improve management level.J2EE framework was launched to enterprise solutions to simplify the development, deployment and management of architecture, with a stable, efficient and scalable. Fully meet the needs of personnel information management business. This article is based on the MVC ideology, based on J2 EE architecture for personnel information management platform design and development, through the various colleges within the region conduct research to understand the needs of the platform personnel officer, designed for secondary colleges Personnel information management platform. Priority platform architecture using current proven technologies, such as: Struts2, Sring, iBATIS and ExtJS technologies. To achieve the basic functions of the platform: the system registration function, menu registration functions, business organization functions, business role function, platform user functionality, the system log function and personalization features such content.Firstly, the background of the subject development status at home and abroad for a detailed exposition; secondly, detailing the use of related technologies, mainly Struts2, spring, iBATIS cooperation.
