Schedule Management Of Ophone Multimedia Broadcast Mobile TV Customization Program

Along with the rapid development of mobile communication network, the added-value service provided by operator is more and more rich, which has important influence on our life. Besides of the familiar voice service, more applications for entertainment, information, and social network are developed. Mobile TV as the new key point has been known by a lot of people during the Beijing2008Olympic Games. Based on this, CMCC and SARFT worked together closely to release the official MBBMS specification based on CMMB. According to the rule of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, CMMB function can only be used in TD environment. Meanwhile, all TD products should support CMMB functionality. Thus the criterion of TD plus CMMB became the position of manufactories contest.This paper introduced the the particularity and complexity of the cooperation between of device manufacture and operator as well as authentication organization. According to the problems during schedule management of CMMB program, investigated schedule management of this program by the theory and method of program management. Proceeded with the character of program management deeply analyzed the factors of schedule impact and the control means. It also indicated the development direction of amalgamation of different process and quality management system, and new thought for other similar programs.
