Research On Schedule Management Of Program Readiness Project For G Television Station

With the rapid development of economy in our country, people’s demand on material culture,spiritual civilization is getting higher and higher, but Television G‘s traditional productionmode and the fierce competition of media industry is more and more not match. Therefore,Television G urgently need to prepare a program readiness system, integration of programresources, full stage for the integration of a variety of new media and new businessdevelopment to provide technical support and improve the total productivity and corecompetence.This Papers take Television G as a example for the television program readiness project, thefirst overview of the project schedule management of related basic theory and method, andthen through the combination of theory and practice, compared to previous similar projects,analyses the cause of the early stage of the project schedule delay, identify the key influencingfactors. Thesis expounds the mid and late in the project, the comprehensive project schedulemanagement methods, tools, and techniques, in strict accordance with the project schedulemanagement process, determine the scope of the project, implementation of meticulous workbreakdown structure (WBS), form the Gantt chart and milestones table, prepare the detailedtiming plan (network diagram), determine the critical path, and based on project evaluationand review technique (PERT) analyzing schedule plan. After that, the papers by using thetheory of progress control, time limit for a project optimization and earned value analysismethod to analyze and control the project schedule, also expounded the progress managementof specific measures and management. Finally, the paper summarized the research results andmakes the description and outlook for the shortages and further research direction.In this Papers, the project schedule management theory is successfully applied to television Gprogram readiness projects, for the improvement of broadcasting and television industry ininformation system construction project progress management level, continuously expand theproject schedule management theories and methods, improve project management knowledgesystem, has important theoretical value and practical significance.
