As the gradually expanding scale of the modern enterprise, most enterprises are still using the traditional product-centric management model. However, the traditional management model has been gradually replaced by the customer-centric management model, finding the most valuable customers and nurturing is the basic for the enterprise to maximize profits. How to improve the competitiveness of the enterprises in the gradually opening market and fight to more valuable customers has become the most important issue of the enterprise’s development. Therefore, it is urge to establish a set of customer relationship management system center on customers mining and customer management.Based on the designing and implanting customers mining system of a state-owned large enterprise, this paper proposed a set of customer relationship management system center on customers mining and office management, which focus on customer management and customer mining modules. This system will excavate the most valuable customers from a large number of customers, and classified customers by different rules depending on the contribution of the customers, so the enterprise could adjust their marketing strategies depending on the contribution of the customers, provide better service and constantly solid and expand their market. How to define a customer as a most valuable customer is the key to the study of this paper. Mining customer information from a number of data and translate the customer total sales, the number of customer transactions, customer related degree information into the valuable data will help enterprise to select the most valuable customers and provide an effect decision support. At the same time, it can help enterprise manage the information of the employees, customers, sales, service efficiently. And integrate the decentralized management system to achieve the purpose of enterprise-wide information sharing, and facilitate the communication between employees and raises working efficiency. Based on the software development process, serious workflow analysis, data flow analysis and functional requirements analysis, this paper eventually realize customer relationship management software based on B/S mode which using ASP.NET technology and SQL server2008as its database.This management system is now running for the enterprise, and good comments are given by the users. It can mining the most valuable customers and nurturing for the enterprise, at the same time, it help to manage employees, sales, services, and improve working efficiency, therefore it is a suitable large-scale enterprise software projects.
