Project Schedule And Schedule Control Of Large Scale TV Event

Today, the large scale TV event is growing up quickly, which has energized the development of cultural industries and Electronic media in our country. While facing the Unprecedented opportunities for development, the large scale TV event is facing some problems to be solved, such as innovation, social orientation, and the executive management of the event.On the basis of learning theories of project management, communication studies and experience of large scale event, this paper applied the ideas, methods and instruments of project management to the executive management of the large scale TV event. Focus on aspects of project schedule management, this paper studied the project schedule and schedule control. According to the Features of large scale TV event, the paper proposed the life cycle and the decomposition of the template of the large scale TV event, summarized the four principles of project schedule management of the large scale TV event, propose some methods such as "four levels decomposition of the template of WBS of event","three levels project schedule","three phases rolling wave planning", and described some tools such as "dynamic mile stone","bound node of activity","elasticity of activity duration", etc. We put these Principles, technologies, methods and tools to the project management of a large scale TV event-"2011N City Vocational Educations Festivals", and achieved desired results.
