In present time, the automatic manufacture technology, as one of the directions of development of the modern manufacture enterprise, has become more and more important towards the enterprise. Fieldbus is the hot spot in the field of automation control. It is known as the local area network(LAN) of automation control. The appearance of Fieldbus signs the start of a new period of industry control technology. It will have a strong effect on this field. And these automatic control systems based on Fieldbus technology apply popularly in industrial production. As the Asian financial crisis occured, the enterprise is eager to find a way to make the cost low and improve market competitiveness. The thesis is researched and designed under this background.This subject comes from a coating production line project of some company. This thesis analyzes flow chart and the structure of the coating production line, focusing on integrated requirements of automation control system of the coating production line, basing on advanced Fieldbus technology. And it mainly adopts SIEMEN'S advanced equipments (PLC, winCC) to designs the control system. The main work as followed:(1)Based on summarizing by contrast analysis to development and technical characteristic of field bus technology and compareing the different of some popular Fieldbus, make a conclusion that the advanture of PROFIBUS-DP and make it as the best choose in the control system.(2)The Profibus is deeply researched in article. Such as the Profibus technical questions of protocol structure, transmission technology, access protocol, Profibus equipment style, network structure. According to the paint produce process and the character of the mechanical equipment, the author designs a communication system based on Profibus-DP which made the information exchange more effectively a among the PLCs, the host computer, and all the equipment.(3)Configuration all kind of produce parameter,and design the monitoring interface with the configuration software Wincc, let the running situation displayed in a direct fashion,making it easier and friendly for access to data and control. |
