| As a new composite technology, Spunbond and Meltblown nonwovens technology is integrated and generated from spunbond process and meltblown process. Multilayer composite nonwovens technology is a development trend of nonwoven fabric equipment. For the electrical control system, Spunbond, Meltblown and Spundbond non-woven fabric equipment not only enhances the computation and communication load of the controller, but also puts forward higher requirement in the reliability and real-time. According to this, it makes the previous technical system no longer meet the current technical requirement.This article was based on PROFIBUS DP field bus communication protocol, and described the electrical control system of2.2m SMMS Nonwoven equipment exported to Argentina. Firstly, the real-time is improved by the higher communication speed of DP bus, and then the operational capability is enhanced by using Siemens middle-sized PLC controller, finally the components such as the variable frequency drive, programmable logic controller, PLC and modular temperature control automation technology are used to build a completely set of production line control system.The mainly completed works of the author are as follows:(1) The overall control plan out of the characteristics of technology equipment is put forward, which includes the network construction, the selection of hardware, motor drive mode and so on;(2) The author puts forward a synchronous control strategy based on high-speed communication and motor vector control through an analysis and contrast study for the similar products on the market, which can receive good effect without increasing the cost;(3) The application of the expert PID algorithm in the process reduces the effect of weight change on tension control and improves the phenomenon such as’crinkle’and fracture;(4) The device temperature control scheme is provided by analyzing the structure of the melt heating zone, which controls the deviation of temperature be controlled within0.5℃;(5) The data exchange, parameter setting, variable record, report printing, language change, trend graph generation, alarm display and other functions can be achieved through the WINCC software, which fulfills the monitoring of field devices in the system.Currently, this system has been successfully put into operation in Argentina. The indicators of the products have reached the design target. The implementation of this project will provide a reference and basis for more complex machine in further research. |
