With the continuous development of medical standards, the current computer-aidedmedical diagnosis and treatment became urgent need to address the various medicalinstitutions and the urgent needs of areas, including diagnosis and treatment of medical digitalimage analysis and processing is one of the hot, the main focus and design of the study picturearchiving and communications system (Picture Archive and Communication System, PACS)for the development and research.At present, China is relatively limited medical resources, urban and rural areas highlyuneven distribution of resources, as society continues to send copies of the medical needs ofthe people increased, resulting in a lot of medical needs can not be in time to meet, in order toaddress this problem, you can take a variety of measures to address them more suitable forone of the measures of the development of remote medical care, this measure not only thepeople in remote and backward areas of medical treatment is difficult and expensive problem,but also further enhance the level of utilization of medical resources, better service topatients.International medical picture archiving communication systems mainly in medical digitalimage transfer protocol (Digital Imaging and Communication in Medicine, referred to asDICOM) is the industry standard, which developed more than ten years of history, in themid-90s was gradually taken by the people, the Agreement before becoming a commonstandard in industrial applications, all current ballistics imaging equipment such as CT, MRI,Ultrasound, RF Dengjun support DICOM-standard image and related information exchangeand communication. Clinical diagnosis in the medical needs of all patients diagnosed on theprocess of integration of information and records related to the medical file, thus leading toother image information such as endoscopic images and pathological analysis of images,images of the eye fundus, dermatology diagnostic images now are beginning to graduallyachieve the DICOM standard, in order to achieve all of the diagnosis on the patientinformation in the process of integration, improve medical diagnosis and treatment ofinformation utilization.In the paper, system architecture design, computer program ideas to face the objectdesign and implementation of the function at the bottom and upper middleware layer between applications to control business logic, such a design to better shield the underlyingdevice differences.Object-oriented design of middleware to medical image processing applications on itsadvantages is that there are new demands came in, you can better the system functions on thehorizontal extension, adapt to changing environments.
