The development of modern medical imaging technology advances, the medical field has made a decisive contribution to the advance. However, with the development of more and more manufacturers started production of different imaging equipment, imaging equipment produced by different transmission and compatible image to become a new problem, therefore, in order to standardized medical imaging standards, as well as American College of Radiology U.S. National Electronic manufacturers’ Association jointly developed a DICOM medical imaging standard for medical image processing and transmission of established standards, after several revisions, in1993formulated the current most widely used in the medical field DICOM3.0standards. DICOM3.0standard is based on a standard object-oriented, object-oriented flexibility, convenience, scalability, etc., it is launched as medical imaging has provided a fundamental interconnectedness of security and great convenience.Modern era internet and personal computer terminals extremely wide, so if capacity in the ordinary PC computer DICOM image viewing, doctors will be able to improve the work efficiency. Meanwhile medical image segmentation in medical image analysis has a very important significance. For example, you can carry on using image segmentation ROI (region of interest) automatically identify and outline, and thus can do quantitative analysis as well as in the future may also be achieved through a powerful database intelligent diagnosis.
