Since21century, with the continuous updating and development of informationtechnology, a lot of disadvantages of traditional human management mode havecome up one by one. The computer information technology is made full use by moreand more companies in their management activities, and it brings a huge change tothe enterprises’ management mode. Enterprises basing on their practical requires findout the self-suitable and positive management mode, which is one of the essentialconditions to keep benign and of sustained development. So it is an inevitable trendthat the traditional human management is gradually taken place by the digitalizedmanagement mode based on the information technology. PMIS, Project ManagementInformation System, can effectively avoid errors causing by the human management,make enterprises management more prompt and suitable, and help enterprises takeover the domination in the fierce market competition.In the premise of meeting customer’s demand, the main aims for group F ofsetting equipment research and development PMIS are to shorten cycle of programresearch and development, better control the cost of research and development andpromote the profitability. Through the investigate and survey to the currentequipment research and development management situation of Group F, I find outthat the main factor affecting equipment research and development is due tountimely and effective information sharing and management either among thedifferent teams in the internal equipment research and development department orbetween executives and executors. Building practical run mode of equipment research and development information system applying the theories and methods ofenterprises informatization, job analysis and process re-engineering, not only can letthe program executors timely learn about the complete schedule information of otherteams and members in the equipment research and development department but alsocan widely make others know about your own mission schedule and troubles youmeet with in performing progress. Performing well the above aspects can let teammembers know the updated program state, executives adjust the program in time andenterprises achieve the maximum profit.The topic would be based on the theories and methods of project management todevelop, analyze the requirement and estimate feasibility. Using data analysis,process redesign, project management and other methods to formulate the process ofsystem’s scheme and development by means of overall plan and the current status;Utilizing systems strategic planning from real angle to establish the operation modeof the project management information system.The project contains the following subsystem based on the scheme of PMISaccording to the Group F’s equipment development; back-stage management system,HR management system, material management system, case management system,man-hour management system, cost integration system and other accessory system.Once the formulation is approved, it should start the action to develop.Background program is developed with the Visual Studio2010developmentplatform, Front interface is developed with the Flash Builder4, and datamanagement is managed by the SQL Server, and the development languageincluding C#and ActionScript scripting language, etc. In addition, the framework ofthe information system is Browser/Server, so that we can put the hard core togetherto the server, simplifying the system development, maintenance and use. The systemdevelopment process applies for Parallel development model in order to acceleratethe speed of system development. Through the import of PMIS, we can combine the PMIS closely to the staff’sdaily work to realize the data collection and control in every link. PMIS caninformationize in Project approval, project development process management,human resource management, cost management; Reached real-time control aboutequipment development process and the dynamic configuration about project staff;Bring the overall management department’s change from extensive form to lean type,leading the management level to a new height, letting the enterprise to get strongercompetition strength, and creating a broader business space.
