| With the development on reform of china's higher educational system,the scale of higher education is rapidly expanding,the mode of university teaching is constantly changing,the wotkload of teaching and management is over-expanding,and the complexity and difficulty of managing is increating.In order to adapt to the needs of modern higher education,a kind of more flexible and more practical management theory on teaching management should be introduced on the basis of existing teaching condition.Business process reengineering(BPR),a new kind of management theory which is very popular and is being promoted in the business community. In this subject, the new kind of management theory will be applied to the school teaching and teaching management in combination with modern information technology, so that it will optimize the current school teaching and business processes of management.In this thesis,the management theory of business process is used to make an optimized analysis in the process of teaching and teaching management on the basis of the in-depth analysis of current teaching and teaching management. This thesis adopts advanced service-oriented architecture(SOA),through business process model(BPM), to design and develop an information system of teaching and teaching management, which can help teachers to carry out "interactive teaching", help universities, teachers,students and individuals or other units to handle related business conviently.Besides,this system helps universities to collect and deal with the related information of teachers and students in their teaching and learning or other business processes. By this way,timely, comprehensive and accurate data will be provided to school management class to make preparation for the consequent data analysis and data mining. Thereby not only do good for school administrators to make decisions, but also to supervise the operation of school. |
