Base on research and sum-up of development of automatics warehouse system and reseach status of domestic and abroad,in this article,designed an automatics warehouse system for long&heavy objects.Researched the phases of automatic warehouse system development, and pointed out the significance of this research.Described in detail the composition, classification and function of the automatic warehouse system, summarized the design principles and objectives of the automatic warehouse system, researched some key technologies involved in the design process of the automated warehouse system.Designed the whole automatic warehouse system for long heavy&objects, calculates the storage capacity of the whole warehouse system, and made the overall planning.meanwhile, the shelf and stacker, as the core machinery in the warehouse system, the stability of shelf and the efficiency of stacker will directly affect the safe, order and efficiency of the operation for the entire system.According to the out/in processing of the automatic warehouse system, it made the detailed controlling solution which focusing specailly on communication mode, stacker control mode and PLC hardware configuration of the control system, and describing the PLC programming and the implementation of WinCC configuration, and implementes the real-time monitor of the warehouse system. The appliation Program is complied with Visual C#.Net,while the database server is compiled with SQL Server,the big related database.,the warehouse status information, cargo information and equipment monitoring information can be managed timely.
