Research And Design Of Shared Information Model About Industry Of Leasing

Building the shared information model is the cornerstone of development about the industry of leasing. Base on shared information model, we can better express and store all kinds of business data, and then promoting information fusion and integration, avoiding the redundant and inconsistent data. In addition, all kinds of knowledge-based intelligent decision support system are formed, which can meet the needs of all kinds of information comprehensive utilization about the industry of leasing. Finally, reduce the operation cost and improve the service quality and management level of the industry.In the telecommunications industry, the shared information model (SID)framework of NGOSS theory proposed by Telecom Management Forum can solve the problems of unshared and inconsistent data. It has been widely used in telecoms and has become the telecoms industry’s standard. Due to the constraints of national policy in China, Financial leasing industry’s development is slow. It’s information development level also lag. Financial leasing industry and the telecommunications industry are service industry. They have the consistent idea of customer-centric and focus on product operation. They have the same idea that take the customer as the center and surrounding the products operation. Telecommunications industry in the advanced SID building ideas to share information and methodology can be applied to leasing industry, to guide the building information model in leasing industry, increase the level of industry information.The first port of this paper describes the NGOSS framework of the telecommunica(?)ns industry, analysis telecom process framework, data model and shar(?)information modeling methods and procedures, and comparative analysis of domestic and international approach to building information model and information model development status of leasing industry, as well as building a clear information model of the theoretical foundation and guiding principle. Secondly, the status of the leasing industry and business process systems is detailed analysis. Through the analysis of the business process, financial leasing business operation flow framework is abstracted. Then, combined with operation needs of a financial leasing company, according to the framework and methods of sharing information model, this paper builds concept models, logical models in sequence and applies all this to the physical models and platform infrastructure work in the Realistic project. Finally, the sharing information model in leasing industry is verified from the actual operating platform. The model is proved to be correct, extensible and rational.
