Telecommunications Operating Systems That Share Data Model-based Analysis And Realization

The telecom system reformation makes China telecom occur the huge change within the short several years, and the market multiplex competition is intense day by day. China joined WTO, which caused the China telecom industry to face the intense challenge from international competitors.The next generation operation support system (NGOSS) was the new generation of OSS system proposed by the telecom management forum (TMF). NGOSS proposed a series of documents, the information model and the code, analyzed and researched the enterprise core service flows with the information technology, putted forward a set of OSS module method which instructed the OSS construction of system frame and designed plug-and-play, helped the developer to develop quickly the support system, satisfied the telecom enterprise to the OSS system construction.TMF proposed a kind of industrial model-- SID, namely sharing information data. SID was the general framework to establish sharing information model which NGOSS proposed. SID described the sharing information model separately from two viewpoints of the trade and system. It not only carried on abstract analysis to the business process which involves of various information but also carried on setting up a model with UML to the sharing information , and defined the data object, the object attribute etc for the polymerization service entity. SID provided the information sharing foundation for eTom.This article's case was the telecom operation support system that was constructed in the SID sharing data model foundation. ODS (operation data storage) model which was adopted in the system completely observed TMF NGOSS the SID3.5 standard, and realized the data sharing of the business and the charge in the telecom operation support system.
