Ngoss Based On Corba Technology, Design And Realization

With the development of our national telecommunication market stepping to an open competitive period, the competition focus moves from resource and model orientation to customization and information development orientation, which means telecom industry has already moved from technology driver to service driver.Our national NGOSS system has already been developed a lot based on the growth of some electronic enterprises. Its function has been transferred from service support to service driver and became the revenue key driver, without the limitation of providing service and charging support. However, our national NGOSS system is not mature so far and there are still big gap with the international level. It has been a common topic of whole telecom industry how to make the NGOSS system more standard and more integrated, and minimize the gap as well. TMF definitely provides a very good opportunity to the way of further development.This paper designed next generation telecommunication operation supporting system (NGOSS) based on TMN and e-TOM model. It includes TMN, network control, resource management, resource arrangement, service addition, network quality insurance, service management and production management. The following is going to explain in detail about the system design and arrangement of the service procedures, external I/O, operating data servers and its related technology circuits.
