Nowadays, with the rapid development for services of China Mobile Communications Corporation (CMCC) and creatively competing envirionment,a comprehensive IT service supporting operation system is needed for helping CMCC to enhance the essentioal competion power. So it is important to increase the enterprise management capacity, operationg efficiency and service level.In the past days, some service supporting systems which are comparatively independent and relating to each other has been built and played some practical roles in operation of CMCC. However,because of shortcomings ,such as the separations of chains for service, information isolated island, unshared data, the systems could not provide enough assistance for future development. Therefore it is urgent to integrate the disperse service systems. And the goal , specific forms,realize method of technique are problems which should be solved.Enhanced Telecom Operations Map (eTOM),as the architecture standard for communication enterprises'service supporting system proposed by international Telecom Management Forum (TMF) ,is a process control frame mode which is independent of organizations, technique, service .eTOM is of guidance significance for any telecommunication operations enterprises which hope set up a suitable supporting system for own company.In this thesis, the service supporting system of Yunnan Mobile Communication Co,LTD,as the model ,is discussed with the eTOM which is as the building standard for IT supporting system architecture model. And the goal, forms, techniques of integration of IT supporting system architecture of CMCC are researched .So it is helpful for the future integration of ITsupporting system .
