Study On Device Management Operation Support System Based On ETOM

With the rapid development of mobile communications and telecommunication networks, the mobile devices are increasingly popular, and the device features also become increasingly intelligent. The management and operation of the mobile devices has become one of the most important part of telecom service system. In this case, how to explore a standardized system for device management services, to form a flexible process of deployment, operation and management of the service platform, has become focus of telecommunications industry.The article is based on the next generation operations system NGOSS and enhanced Telecom Operations Map eTOM, and proposes a framework of the telecom device management business processes. Through the use of virtual reality environment, the system can accurately complete all aspects of device management operations.In this paper, the author provides a complete solution on device management:the design of intelligent device management operations support system closely integrate eTOM to achieve the intelligent device management operations support in the framework of application services, security, management, billing and other processes.
