As technology continues to progress and develop, not only a large amount of information emerges, but also appears the "knowledge explosion". The richness of knowledge has greatly broadened horizons. Knowledge content of products and services also becomes increasingly high. Competitiveness and profits of an enterprise not only depend on the tangible assets of its own, but depend more on the knowledge of intangible assets. In the21st century-an era of knowledge and economy, knowledge and skill occupy an increasingly important position. And the performance of efficient, knowledge-based workers-the owners of knowledge and skill-is the key to future development. The topic of this dissertation is to analyze the influencing factors of network behavior of knowledge-based workers through the refinement of network information for the user behavior as well as indicators of the ASCI project. It also tries to build a strategic computing power model. The core task of this dissertation is to build the model of network behavior of knowledge-based employees through studying past network behavior model based on the combination of the index involved in the ASCI project and an empirical analysis of a group of library staff. It conducts a comprehensive model of integration by adding to part of network information behavior research and combining with the ASCI project to introduce the concept of strategic computing power. Thus this dissertation first combines common, affecting information behavior model and analysize the development of the model. Next, it chooses indicators from the above. Meanwhile it can introduce indicators of intelligent information behavior through the project of ASCI by questionnaires, which builds theoretical basis of the strategic computing power network information behavior model. Finally, it makes a conclusion.by designing questionnaires, selecting library staff to conduct an empirical study and collecting data analyzed and calculated by SPSS software. This dissertation is divided into five sections. Each section is summarized as follows:Section Ⅰ is an introduction, mainly about the background information, significance and process of this research.Section Ⅱ is a generalization of documents. By reading documents of domestic and foreign scholars, it explores relevant theories of network users’behavior and researches of relevant models as well as extracting and analysizing suitable indicators of behavior research in ASCI project. This section is divided into three parts. The first part introduces the overview of network information about the user behavior at home and abroad. The second part reviews the research status and developing trend of knowledge-based workers achieved by domestic and foreign scholars. The third part reviews the development of ASCI project and introduces it briefly.Section Ⅲ is about model and hypotheses. According to the study of documents and relevant theories and a comparative analysis of existing information behavior model in this section, it sums up a general pattern of behavior of users of network information. It also conducts a survey of influencing factors extracted from ASCI project by means of expert interviews. It determines the definition of relevant variables in the framework of this study, initially builds the model and puts forward the hypothesis.Section Ⅳ is research design and data collection:the part of empirical research, aimed at the assumptions of the model, collects data through questionnaires, analyzes the results of the study, tests the reliability and validity of the questionnaires, analyzes to verify the research model and describes as well as discusses the result.Section Ⅴ is contributions and outlook of the research. It makes a conclusion of the whole research and puts forward suggestions for improvement in the model, puts forward a number of recommendations on the information behavior of library staff network, analyzes the deficiencies of this research and future research directions.
