Knowledge sharing means the enterprise employees in knowledge exchange activities, the knowledge sharing activities carried out to the diffusion of personal knowledge and experience in the organizational level, efficient knowledge sharing can promote the enterprise knowledge innovation, accelerate enterprise to build the core competitiveness. However, in the process of enterprise management, the factors that hinder the knowledge sharing of enterprises exist objectively.Knowledge-based employee’s tacit knowledge sharing intention influencing factors is the theme of this study, through the combination of theoretical research and empirical research from two aspects to discuss, on the one hand is the personal factors of the knowledge type employees, on the other hand is knowledge type employees of enterprises of psychological ownership.Psychological ownership is the main body to show a sense of the psychological state of the object. Knowledge type employee psychological ownership refers to the employees of the enterprise a sense of ownership, and this has sense of whether the knowledge-based employee’s tacit knowledge sharing to produce positive effect at present there is no mature research conclusions prove this point.In this paper, Avey and other research results, the psychological ownership is divided into self efficacy, sense of belonging, responsibility, self identity of the four dimensions. Accordingly. In this paper, we construct psychological ownership of knowledge-based employee’s tacit knowledge sharing intention model, and puts forward the research hypothesis; preparation of the knowledge-based employee’s tacit knowledge sharing intention scale to invest in online; recovery after using spss19.0 on the recovery of valid questionnaires 202 for data analysis, using descriptive statistics, variance analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis based on constructing the theoretical model is verified. Get conclusion:(1) For knowledge employee, gender, age and educational background and the tacit knowledge sharing intention was not significantly correlated; (2) the knowledge staffs working life and job status factors and the tacit knowledge sharing willingness significantly correlated; (3) psychological ownership of knowledge-based employee’s tacit knowledge willingness to share has a positive impact. Among them, and the dimension of the knowledge type employees’tacit knowledge willingness to share showed a positive correlation, which is self-efficacy and sense of belonging and tacit knowledge sharing is the maximum regression coefficient, the knowledge-based employee’s tacit knowledge and willingness to share a significant positive correlation.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Chapter one, introduction:this chapter fully discussed the research background of this paper, and clarifies the research purpose and significance of the research, research ideas and research methods of this paper are systematically described, and a brief overview of the research contents. Finally, a brief description of the this article main research and innovation,In the second chapter, literature review:this chapter is divided into three parts, the topics of this thesis mainly involves:knowledge sharing, knowledge workers, psychological ownership theory review and literature review, this latter model construction and research hypothesis provides theoretical basis.The third chapter, theoretical model and research design:through the theoretical review and literature review, to determine the structure of this study, so as to build a theoretical model and put forward the research hypothesis. In addition, this paper briefly introduces the research design, including a brief introduction of the data analysis tools and methods used in this paper, and the design of the questionnaire.The fourth chapter, data analysis and discussion:this chapter includes the reliability analysis of the questionnaire, including reliability and validity analysis. Through the reliability analysis, the questionnaire was revised. Then, the data were collected through questionnaire revised analysis, first of all of the survey sample were descriptive statistics analysis, and then through the analysis of difference, analysis of the sample survey of demographic factors and knowledge-based employee’s tacit knowledge sharing willingness relationship; through the correlation analysis and regression analysis to determine the relationship between psychological ownership and the dimensions of the knowledge-based employee’s tacit knowledge sharing intention.The fifth chapter, research conclusion and Outlook:this chapter firstly the data analysis results summarize and discuss and draw the conclusion of this research; and then briefly outlined the contents of the article, and summarize the theory of the knowledge-based employee’s tacit knowledge sharing; finally, objective analysis of the limitations of the study, and puts forward research prospects.
