With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,knowledge capital has now become one of the major forms of value creation and core strategic resources in the new era.More and more companies gradually shift their focus on management to the intellectual capital.As the owner of knowledge capital,knowledge workers play an important role in the development of the company and can create value and wealth for the sustainable development of the company.After nearly two decades of rapid development,China's software industry has entered a critical period of human resources adjustment and reform.China's software companies,especially small and medium-sized software companies,are facing competition in products,capital,and knowledge on the domestic and foreign markets.This has led to the large liquidity and high turnover rate of intellectuals,which has brought significant impact and impact on the software industry.Effectively exerting the creativity and vitality of knowledge-based talents can enable companies to obtain long-term competitive advantages in the competition.Therefore,how to stabilize and motivate knowledge-based employees and maximize the potential and enthusiasm of stimulating knowledge-based talents has important research value and practical significance for small and medium-sized companies.At the same time,it also has important reference value for improving employee motivation system in other industries and enterprises.This article takes the knowledge-based employees of F software company as research objects.From the perspective of the characteristics and requirements of software development companies,this paper systematically studies the issue of employee motivation based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,expectations theory,and two-factor theory.The theory investigated and analyzed the incentive effect of F software company.Through the investigation and analysis of the incentive factors of the F software company,the research conclusions reflect that:Remuneration and benefits are the most important motivating factor of F software company,followed by the promotion and development of employees;among the sub-factors of salary incentives,the employees of F company are most concerned about basic salary and efficiency wages;F company's existing employee incentive programs and employees The expectation of the demand shows a large deviation.There is a certain gap between the degree of expectation of employees and actual feelings of the incentive factors.In general,F company still has a lot of room for improvement in the improvement of incentives for knowledge workers.This article hopes to analyze the current status and characteristics of F-based knowledge workers and deeply grasp the key drivers of knowledge-based employee motivation for small and medium-sized software companies,and propose feasible solutions and suggestions for improving employee incentive systems in other industries.
