A Research About New Generation Migrant Workers' Information Behavior In Job Hunting

The research use the new generation migrant workers as the research object, survey the new generation migrant workers'information behavior in Kunming for a long-term field. Besides,the author also attains the new generation migrant workers'characteristics, regular pattern, information behavior and some issues during their period of hunting jobs through theoretical analysis and empirical research. The research found the new generation migrant workers that own different gender, age, nationality have difference in information behavior; the new generation rural migrant workers with higher educational level can master the skills well,and access to information quickly, and have higher information knowledge demand; If the new generation migrant workers want to make full use of employment information, they have to retrieve effective information in short time.In summary, government, information institute as well as company should take important responsibility. Skills training system and employment information service should be built. Favorable information environment come from policy and regulations. The Improvement of Information literacy based on community. The library should provide information service. Through the analysis,the research concluded that the characters and effect of new generation migrant workers'information behavior; the sixth chapter conclude the research achievements and defects^the research prospects of the field. in the last, the appendix is put on, associated with this article questionnaire, reference etc.
