With the intensification of global competition,relying on talents to create higher value-added products and enhance competitive advantages becomes more and more important.The loss of talents in semiconductor companies not only wastes human resources,but also seriously affects the morale of the organization.It also causes a series of costs.Losses may also delay the progress of the project and even affect the corporate image.my country’s semiconductor talents are extremely lacking,especially for the lack of scientific research capabilities with high value-added and high technical content,and restrict the overall level of the semiconductor industry.Therefore,the contradiction between the expansion and upgrading of the semiconductor industry and the lack of talent resources will undoubted Health and sustainable development of the market.This article uses the knowledge-based employees of semiconductor enterprises as the research object.First,analyze the current status and resignation of semiconductor enterprise knowledge employees,define the concepts of work pressure,individual-organization matching,family support,and leaving tendency at home and abroad.Theory and work needs-control theory,summarize and comment on the dimensions of core variables and related research progress.Secondly,the tendency of work pressure and resignation,the intermediary role of individual-organizational matching and the adjustment of family support in work pressure and leaving tendency,build work pressure,individual-organization matching,family support,resignation tendency model,design quantity table,distributed table,distribution And recycling questionnaire.Use the questionnaire sample data again to perform a letter-to-validity test,control the variance analysis of the effect of the variable,and the qualified sample data for relevant analysis,regression analysis,and regulating effect test.The following conclusions are obtained through empirical analysis: the age has obvious differences in work pressure,individual-organization matching,and family support variables.There are obvious differences in gender,marriage status,and academic qualifications on work pressure variables.There are obvious differences in the type of working age in individual-organization matching,family support,and departure tendency variables.The return analysis can be known that the pressure of work will have a significant positive influence relationship on the leaving tendency.Individual-organizational matching in the work pressure and the tendency of resignation plays an intermediary role.Family support plays a regulatory role in work pressure and leaving tendency.Finally,the impact of work pressure on the tendency of resignation,personal-organization matching intermediary role and family support regulating role,and explaining the practical revelation brought by the institute.According to the results,in order to continue to develop and healthy under multiple pressures,semiconductor companies can start with enterprise management,carry out psychological health training,guide employees’ psychological pressure,reasonably plan staff configuration,reduce work load,and reduce the pressure of all parties received by employees;Secondly,by strengthening the socialization of organizational organization,promoting the matching of individual-organizational values,paying attention to personalized needs,and strengthening complementary matching,we will strengthen the degree of matching between organization and individuals;finally improve the family support of employees,thereby reducing the tendency to resign.
