As a new generation of Integrated Digital Mobile Communication Network, GSM-R becomes the development direction of China's railway mobile communication, which has been more widely used in the world. Couple with the large number of high-speed railway construction and put into use, GSM-R have been huge developed in China.Dispatch communication is one of the major applications of GSM-R on the railway, which plays an important role in improving efficiency, and ensures traffic safety. ASCI provided by GSM-R, include VGCS, VBS and eMLPP, which establish service of point-to-Multipoint communication to achieve dispatching control, emergency notification and other specific functions. It is especially suitable for the train dispatching department on railway, and solves the problems of frequency points and wireless channel resource shortage; It specifically provides a good protection for the stability and reliability of network communication on railway.Launching on the overview of the advantage and status of GSM-R and its. architecture, VGCS, VBS and eMLPP are introduced, and then analyzes the difference between VGCS and VBS. The paper puts forward the specific implementation process of every stage of VGCS. Then, using timed automata modeling approach, the VGCS is abstracted into several state transition processes, and is validated the model with the model verification tools-UPPAAL. Finally, design the software emulating the process of ASCI. Functional simulation results show that the work done to meet the needs of voice communication applications on the railway dispatching communication.
