With the rapid development of internet technology and the opening of the 5 G commercialization era,new media has become an important tool for intelligent and specialized social governance. Its strengths of openness, transparency and interactivity have accelerated the development of various sectors of the economy and society.Increasingly, new media has become a new driving force to promote economic and social development whether in the economic, government or education. In the new media environment, the user's information acquisition behavior and information use behavior are independent and creative. The new media provides users with convenient information sharing conditions, and gives users the right to speak in the media, which stimulate information sharing behavior of the user. With the promotion of new urbanization strategy and the popularization of mobile terminals such as smart phones, the number of new media migrant workers users has a clear upward trend, and the information demand of migrant workers is becoming more and more prominent.Migrant workers also provide a huge user group for the sustainable development of new media platform.Compared with the traditional online information service mode, the information dissemination and influence range as well as user volume of the new media platform have far exceeded the traditional media, with the communication path and mode differing from it.Accordingly, how to use the new media platform to provide users with a variety of information services, and then promote the innovation of online information service mode is an urgent problem to be solved. This paper takes the new media as the starting point of the research, combines the theory of motivation, demand level, use and satisfaction,as well as immersion to study the online information behavior of migrant workers in the new media environment. On the basis of systematically combing the research results of migrant workers' information behavior in the new media environment at home and abroad, the online information behavior of migrant workers is systematically analyzed by using literature analysis, experimental analysis, empirical research, qualitative research and other research methods.Through the stage division of the online information behavior of migrant workers in the new media environment, this paper efficiently explains the online information acquisition behavior, use behavior, sharing behavior and information service mode of migrant workers, which aim to realize the harmonious development of subject, object, technology and environment elements in the online information behavior of migrant workers in the new media environment, and thus to improve the online information service level of migrant workers through the construction of information service mode.In the third charpter, the concept of new media is clearly expounded from three aspects: meaning, characteristics and classification, and the relevant theories of online information behavior are summarized, including motivation theory, information demand hierarchy theory, use and satisfaction theory and immersion theory, which define three concepts: migrant workers, online information behavior as well as migrant workers online information behavior and further analyze the impact of new media on the online information behavior of migrant workers. This paper describes profoundly the elements of migrant workers' online information behavior, including subject, object, environment and technology, analyzes the process of migrant workers' online information acquisition, use and sharing, and analyzes the motivation of each stage of information behavior from the terms of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation.Eventually,it is clear-cut to construct the online information behavior mechanism model of migrant workers in the new media environment. In the fourthe charpter, employing the theory of information demand level, the paper describes and analyzes the behavior of migrant workers' online information acquisition by questionnaire survey, and uses the experimental method to measure it at the same time. Moreover,in the fifth charpter, this paper builds a characteristic model of migrant workers' online information use behavior, using the theory of satisfaction as the theoretical framework, constructs the empirical model of influencing factors of migrant workers' online information use behavior on the basis of TAM model, and verifies all the research hypotheses by using confirmatory factor analysis.Taking immersion theory as the theoretical basis,in the sixth charpter, the paper combines data from Baidu and Migrant workers bar, languages of Python and Xpath path and Jieba library to realize participle operation and to visualize the data according to the two dimensions of content and time, then analyzing the evolution law and behavior characteristics of online information sharing of migrant workers. In the seventh charpter,by means of qualitative analysis of rooted theory,we conduct semi-structured interviews with 20 interviewees selected, extract and sum up 11 main categories through spindle coding, selective coding and open coding comparison, construct online information service subject model, online information service object model, online information service content model, online information service channel model of migrant workers online information service model, and analyze the path relationship between the models, with the typical application cases being verified. In the eighth charpter, the paper carefully analyzes the importance of information service management strategies in the process of online information behavior of migrant workers and creatively propose strategies for improving the management of online information behavior services for migrant workers. From the level of migrant workers' user groups, the government and the new media platform, the improvement of information service management in the stage of online information acquisition behavior, online information use behavior, and online information sharing behavior is proposed. It also proposes service management improvement strategies from the four aspects of online information service subject model, object model, content model and channel model, which are mainly for continuously improving the level of online information services for migrant workers and promoting the implementation of national information construction and new urbanization strategy.Based on the grounded theory qualitative research method, this paper puts forward the online information service mode of migrant workers under the new media environment, and proposes the strategy of improving the information service management of migrant workers in view of the online information behavior process of migrant workers. On the theoretical level,it promotes the construction of new media theory system, provides a new research perspective, promotes the innovation of information service mode, and provides theoretical support for the information service management of migrant workers. At the practical level,it provides reference for solving the problem of migrant workers' information poverty, provides guidance for the new media platform to carry on the individualized service to the migrant workers user group, and provides guidance for the migrant workers users to employ the new media platform reasonably. In the future,we will expand the research on the online information behavior subdivision of migrant workers in the new media environment, further carrying out the dynamic observation of the influence of new media on the information behavior of migrant workers' user groups, which attempt to improve the information literacy and information ability of migrant workers in the new media environment,to accelerate the pace of information construction in China, and comprehensively to promote the implementation of the new urbanization strategy.
