Academic Research To The Influential Factors Of The Sustainable Development Of Institutional Repository

With the advancement of science and technology, digital information is developing rapidly, coupled with the monopoly of traditional academic journals, open access movement begins to emerge as a new idea for academic exchanges and publishing patterns. As an important product of open access movement, institutional repositories are developing rapidly in the world. However, it faced with many obstacles and incorrect understandings in the development process. And the sustainable development of institutional repositories becomes an important issue in domestic and foreign countries.This dissertation aims to explore the problems of sustainable development impact factors of institutional repositories in China. It includes the following main parts:(1) Analyzing and summarizing the basic theories of institutional repositories in domestic and foreign countries, And analysis of focusing on literatures and research projects aspects of sustainable development of institutional repositories in domestic and foreign countries.(2) Based on the theoretical analysis of institutional repositories, this article puts forward the Influence factors of sustainable development of domestic institutional repository, and then finds out the dimensions of sustainable development impact factors of institutional repositories.(3) Constructing model of sustainable development impact factors of institutional repositories, and raising eight research assumptions:awareness of open access, systems and networks, content, management and policy, user or the submitter, pre-build planning, services and supervision, feedback.(4) Researching the sustainable development impact factors of Institutional repositories, analyzing the questionnaire, testing the research hypothesis and Amended the model.(5) Summarizing the content of the article, indicating its deficiencies, and looking for research prospect.
