The development of network media and the popularity of mobile smartphones have cut people's daily work and life into large amounts of debris.Therefore,the mobile short video app that meets people's "fast food" reading habits and fills people's fragmentation time has emerged,meets the huge demand for video,quickly attracts a large number of users,and becomes a new product that Internet companies compete to develop.Among them,the Tik Tok App is a short video social app that stands out among many short video products.But to stay in the competitive short video market,it's important to consider the user experience.Therefore,this paper constructs a hypothetical model of the user experience of the Tik Tok App,and attempts to reveal the factors that affect the user experience of the Tik Tok App in an empirical research.First of all,based on the research results of user experience,short video and Tik Tok App,the author puts forward six influencing factors of demographic factors,system appearance,system content,system function,system interaction and user emotion perception.Based on the research hypothesis,a hypothetical model of the user experience of the Tik Tok App is constructed.Secondly,based on the model variables and variable indicators,the questionnaire design is carried out,and the questionnaire is published online by snowballing.The collected questionnaire data is analyzed by SPSS statistical software and AMOS analysis software to verify the hypothesis relationship proposed above.Finally,through structural equation analysis,it is found that system appearance,system content and system function have a significant positive impact on user sentiment perception.System content,system function,system interaction and user sentiment perception have a significant positive impact on user experience,while in the background.In the variable,the user's duration and frequency of use have a significant positive impact on the user experience,that is,the higher the user's activity within the product,the better the user experience.From the user's point of view,this paper constructs a hypothetical model that affects the user experience of the Tik Tok App by learning from the relevant theories of user experience and the product characteristics of the Tik Tok App.The factors affecting the user experience of the Tik Tok App are discussed in an empirical research.In theory,it broadens the research scope of the user experience field of the Tik Tok App;in practice,through the analysis,research,user experience index evaluation and other methods to quantify the influencing factors and mechanism of the current Tik Tok App user experience,clear the shake The important influencing factors of the audio app user experience provide a certain reference value for promoting the benign development of the Tik Tok App.
