In recent years, with the rapid development of computer and communication technology, human-computer interaction techniques gradually penetrated into the various parts of our lives. When we select a service, not only to consider the availability of services, but more concerned about the service users to enjoy the process of concrete experience, which allows service providers are increasingly concerned about the user experience. Also with the rapid development of4G networks, as a key technology OFDM4G network, due to its high spectral efficiency and strong anti-interference ability and other characteristics, attract more and more attention. OFDM system allocating different resources for each user based on channel conditions that you can try to take advantage of the limited radio resources to provide users with a good enough service for the future development of wireless communication has a very important significance. In this background, the paper implements combination between radio resource allocation and the user experience in OFDMA system. In this thesis, we study the quality of user experience, and we summarized the QoE factors, QoE quantitative methods and proposed QoE evaluation model based on psychology, that the user of the service experience and service in the physical layer transmission rate between the logarithmic relationship. When the rate of increase in service within a certain range of users of the service experience will be significantly increased, the rate reached when the service user expectations continue to increase user rates customer satisfaction does not significantly increased. Finally, the adoption of cross-layer mapping QoE OFDM resource allocation algorithm is introduced into the system. the simulation results show that the algorithm ensure high QoE while simultaneously taking into account the system capacity and user fairness.
