With the increasing use of the tire, tire quality problems to become their own security risks. In particular all-steel radial tire wire quality defects guarantee safe driving a car. X-ray fluoroscopy imaging methods can detect visual defects in steel, but the X-ray images of poor quality, defects in the image needs to be done before a series of pre-extraction, including the non-uniformity correction, nonlinear enhancement processing.In this paper, X-ray inspection machine, based on analysis of the X-ray imaging principle, composed of test machines, image acquisition and transmission, image pre-processing techniques and image information extraction technology. U-type tires transmission X-ray detector scan the image to scroll through the display; the use of multi-threading technology and information technology for remote object handling and storage.
