This thesis designs the hardware in detail on the base of task analysis of two positions X ray detection device's electrical control system. Taking "PLC+IPC+PT" as the foundation, this topic completes X ray nondestructive examination automatic control system, It includes the configuration of main control PLC, functional module, HMI and so on, as well as schematic circuit diagram's detailed design. Making use of PLC as the field controller, we established the constitute of servo system and transducer. Speed regulation control adopts the variable frequency adjusting technology, PLC controls inverters by adopting extended memory communication. Positioning control uses servo driving system, adopts half closed loop control, gets help from proximity switch and makes use of PLC and positioning module as controllers controlling the servo motor, and drives the host device to achieve tyre's orientation accurately. Through the touch screen, establishes the good human-machine dialogue control interface, achieves the real-time monitor of the production, the dynamic demonstration, the accident alarm, production report and etc, enormously enhances the automatization degree of the tyre nondestructive examination. Through anglicizing the control requests, control algorithms are provided, and the PLC control program design is completed by the method of modular programming, which includes the software implementation of autocontrol, orientation and replacement. PLC program is the most important for the control system.Research on quality assessment of digital images is meaningful for the image processing projects. In this paper, some typical methods on image quality assessment are briefly reviewed, and a new method based on unreferenced Gray Mean Grads is adopted. Compared with the traditional method it's evaluation effect will be more comprehensive and consistent with human perception. In order to enhance the image quality, the factors that affect the imaging quality were discussed by analyzing comprehensively the digital imaging system of linearity detector. It was believed that the voltage and the current were main factors which affect the imaging quality, and the corresponding mathematical model was built up, which provides a theoretical basis for image disposal detection.Firstly, this paper introduces the developments and applications of the tyre detection technique based on X ray at home and abroad presently. On basis of the requirements of management and control function, operating principles and performance indices of related system components,we designed the system function and chose the hardware. Then, the paper detailed introduces the effect of the voltage and current, and establish a model. Finally, a summary of the paper is made in the end. It summarizes the idea of the paper and points out the research direction for the next step.
