Tyre Building Machine Equipment Management Software Design And Implementation

According to the tyre manufacturer of tire manufacturing equipment and the actual demand of formula in tire manufacturing process, equipment parameters and the historical data management are studied, on the base of the database, add, edit, delete, we add the function of historical data collection and storage. the software applies principle of man-machine engineering, the software has a lot of advantages, such as friendly interface, easy formula changjing and equipment alarm list, its history data can be queried, good production data confidentiality, long life, low cost. These merits can enhance the quality of the tire, and improve the production efficiency, reduce scrap rate, reduce the labor intensity of the workers, etc., it also make the management of tyre manufacturers more professional, informationized. To make the traditional industrialization tire production process, to the modern digitization tire processing and manufacturing.This system is Windows XP operating system, mainly using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 user interface programming, using Microsoft Office Access 2003 database management system in database, the user interface program connect the database through ADO, control hardware is the AB company production of programmable controller(PLC), data communication with the PLC device adopts industrial Ethernet interface, in order to improve the efficiency of data communication, the system uses the separation technology of data communication module and the main interface application, the part of data communication encapsulates to independent DLL dynamic link library files, it realizes the real-time data refresh by making the main program calling the DLL interface function according to the need. On the safety of the software system, each user’s password uses MD5 encryption technology, users need to enter a password when login system, the system puts the user’s password into MD5 value calculation, and then compare it with MD5, the system does not "know" what is the user’s password, so that guarantee the safety of the user’s password.
