The Tire Vulcanizing Machine Of The Capsule Injection Of Master-slave Control System Design

With the development of society economy and motor-doom, the tire is needed in a growing number. As a result, the demand of the tyre bladder which is the major component of the twin mold tire shaping curing press becomes higher and higher. The important part to ensure the quality of the tyre bladder is to improve automation of production equipment. So the paper based on the tyre bladder CAD and molding for networks which is subsidized by the education department of Shandong Province studies on the master-slave control system for tyre bladder vulcanizer.The working sequence and control parameters of tyre bladder vulcanizer are determined by analyzing the basic principle of tyre bladder vulcanizer and the tyre bladder production process.PLC as the slave computer manages the basic control functions, realizes the sequence and action of tyre bladder vulcanizer, collects and processes the input and output of analog signals, communicates with the host computer by using RS-232 interface. For the purpose of the best process state, fuzzy control is used for curing temperature, and PID control is adopted for curing press because of the complicated nonlinear in the process of bladder curing.The main control system of tyre bladder vulcanizer is developed as the host computer on the base of KingView. The control system can monitor dynamically working process, record and query historical data, alarm for trouble, manage and communicate with PLC.The master-slave control system developed for tyre bladder vulcanizer is introduced. The related technology and operation functions of main modules are given. The feasibility of control system is verified. Finally, the paper is summarized and the future prospects of the research are concisely discussed.
