The Control System Design Of Test-bed Based On Tyre Interacts With Pavement

In recent years, with the improvement of people’s living standards,we put the car as aconsumer goods ranther than lixury one,indeed,it has become indispensable tool of modernlife, but the following noise problems would endanger physical and psychological safety ofpeople. Research shows,on a dry road,when the vehicle speed exceeds100km/h,that the tyrenoise occupy most part of the vehicle noise.Even if the speed is low,tyre noise is still as themost important source of noise on a wet road.So,taking effective measures to reduce tyre/roadnoise to improve the quality of life and improve people’s physical and mental health hasimportant significance.The test-bed,which based on the mechanism of tyre/road noise production studies,is adesign of new indoor tyre/road noise testing device,what aims to,by noise testing and analysis,providing a theoretical basis and data support for design of tyre and pavement.The main contents are as follows:According to relevant information,we get a deep understanding on developments ofdomestic and international tyre/road noise research and existing tyre/road noise testmethod,with careful analysis of the mechanical structure of the test-bed,control systems andnoise test system will be easy to design.Proposing functional requirements of test-bed control system, selecting the appropriatecontrol scheme of the test-bed, and designing the test-bed control systems, which includinghardware, reasonable selection,and the preparation of circuit connection and software.According to the function of test-bed noise test systems need to implement to design thetest system of test-bed.Completion of the test-bed design debugging method.
