This paper introduces the research of liner product line technology rebuilding in the Second Rubber Factory of Qing Dao . The central task is converting the DC driveto AC drive ,using advanced controller——SIEMENS S7-300 PLC, strengthening theHMI and monitorial system ,so as to the control system having been design can satisfy the requirement of modern manufacture . In this paper, the control principle , hardware configuration, structural method of STEP7 5.1 are introduced detailed. The test results prove the system can satisfy the technology demand.In the application simulation of Fuzzy Control, the design steps of Fuzzy Controller are introduced associating with tension object. The program list and S-function notes are in the appendix. The influence of changing the parameter: ke, kec, ku is analysed. Fuzzy Control is compared with the traditional PID Controlling and we check the robust of Fuzzy Control by changing the pole, lag time and structure. Last the writer introduces the Self-Adaptive Fuzzy Control and gains the good effectiveness.
