| With the development of the computer network technology, the distributed network industrial control becomes a trend. The promotion of network function of configuration software consummates the remote monitoring of industrial automation. In order to improve the degree of automation and the level of management informatization, the paper do research on the tyre capsule vulcanizer network group control system based on the tyre bladder CAD and molding for networks which is subsidized by the education department of Shandong Province.Through the computer and PLC realize the tire capsule vulcanizer network group control. The computer was taken as host computer. WebAccess configuration software was applied as development platform. Host computer can realize dynamic display of data, storage, query, statistics and other functions; PLC was adopted as slave machine to control vulcanizer. The temperature of vulcanizer was controlled with fuzzy control strategy. And the fuzzy control strategy was given. The group control system has friendly interface. Compared with Single control system, the system can improve the capsule quality, production efficiency and the level of automation. |
